Rajiv Sharma, President & CEO
Rajiv Sharma, President & CEO of STATCred, LLC and Knack Global, LLC started his professional career with Intelligroup (NTT data systems), a leading player in SAP & is a Gold partner. He was instrumental in implementing SAP projects for fortune 500 companies and went on to set up their New Zealand and India operations.
He ventured out on his own in 1998 with Knack Systems, a NJ based SAP implementation organization with clients such as Loreal, American Standard (US & Europe), Pepsico etc. Rajiv set up the offshore center in Mumbai India in the year 2001 and now has offices in Hyderabad.
In 2009 he also ventured into the Healthcare Industry with Knack Global. Knack Global is primarily an RCM company providing services to providers in the US with offices in Chandigarh and Jaipur India with approximately 1,500 employees. During this period, he was also instrumental in acquiring four (4) other companies in US within the healthcare space.
Rajiv holds a Masters in Computer Science and resides in New Jersey.
Cynthia Young, Founder Managing Partner & VP
Cynthia has over twenty-one years of experience working as an executive & administrator in the healthcare industry. She began her professional career in healthcare in 1995 developing & managing medical recruiting firms and in 2003 she formed STATCred, LLC (formerly STAT HealthCare, LLC) & began developing and managing multi-million dollar medical practices; including radiology clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, teleradiology practices and private practices. In 2006, Cynthia started to see a trend in the market, as well as the type of services that were being requested by her clients and therefore, Cynthia chose to focus on providing a core set of services, which are offered to you today! Cynthia is an aggressive, multi-tasked entrepreneurial leader with a hands-on approach and a proven record of accomplishment for success. Cynthia possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, proven leadership qualities, organized & detail oriented, and thrives under pressure. Her experience and expertise have offered her an excellent reputation in the medical community and she has an intimate working knowledge of the medical “business” and understands the demands & challenges doctors & administrators face with running a medical practice. Cynthia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Austin.
Human Resources and Finance
Karen Allegar, Director of Finance and Human Resources
Karen joined the STATCred team in 2020 and brings over 30 years of experience in customer service, accounting, purchasing, finance and Human Resources. Karen spent fifteen (15) years as VP of Finance for a large chemical distribution company managing all aspects of their finances; balancing financial statements, auditing general ledger, payroll, employee benefits, working with CPA’s, bankers and auditors.
Karen spent years developing and implementing policies and procedures to assist with generating better and quicker cash flow, and improved employee relations. She accomplished this by analyzing customer sales, payment trends, expense trends, etc. and staying on top of current labor laws, and making herself available to employees.
Karen has strong leadership skills and has extensive experience in financial matters, customer service and Human Resources.
As STAT’s Director of Finance and Human Resources, Karen will be responsible for managing all aspects of STAT’s invoicing, AR, payroll and HR.
Karen holds a degree in Business Administration. When not working, Karen spends her time at the beach, or with her two daughters.
Technical and Program Management and Support
Heather Delozier, Director of Information Technology
Heather joined STATCred in January 2020 and brings over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. From Help Desk Support with Microsoft products, to Technical Support Management with Apple. She was also
formerly on the board of the KEYS program, a 501(c) 3 organization that brings Music Therapy to special needs children.
Heather has an extreme passion for the healthcare industry and her experience has helped her become the leader she is today. She has extensive knowledge in Information Technology Programming and Systems, Training and Documentation, Advisor Development, and Customer Support.
As the Director of Information Technology with STATCred, Heather will be responsible for the day to day operations of our growing IT department to include STATCred; training and technical support and will work directly with our Human Resources Department. With her advanced knowledge of the IT field, dedication, and leadership skills she will lead a successful team with STATCred in providing exceptional client and user experiences.
Heather currently resides in Virginia with her husband, daughter, grandson, and 2 dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends on the weekends.
Amber Rhoads, Executive Director of Operations
Amber joined STATCred in 2018 and brings over 14 years of management experience in the healthcare industry, working with small offices as well as large multi-specialty offices. Amber has an extreme passion for the healthcare industry and having worked in all aspects of a medical practice has helped her become the leader she is today. She has extensive knowledge in billing, IT, staff development, government regulatory reporting programs, and patient satisfaction.
As the Executive Director of Operations with STATCred, Amber will be responsible for the delivery of client services provided by the operations staff. With her advanced knowledge of the medical field, dedication, and leadership skills she will lead a successful team with STATCred in providing exceptional client experiences.
Amber holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. She currently resides in Colorado with her husband, two sons, and daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family and is active in her children’s sports and activities.
Melody Wilson, Director of Client Services
Melody joined STATCred in 2018 as an Account Manager. Melody brings strong passion for the Medical Staff services for providers and client. Her knowledge and expertise and, over 10 years’ experience in roles of, provider enrollment, credentialing, risk management, quality improvement, accreditation processes, patient satisfaction and leadership, have advanced her career in healthcare. In 2019 she was promoted to a Senior Account Manager where she worked closely with the Executive Director of Operations and the other Senior Account Managers in keeping STAT’s credentialing processes running smoothly. She was then promoted again to Director of Client Services where she will be working with clients during our onboarding process, working with clients on a regular basis to provide white glove service, and training our Senior Account Managers and Account Managers.
Melody resides in Wisconsin with her husband, three sons, daughter and step-son. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
Andrea Moran, Account Manager
Andrea joined STATCred in 2020. In doing so, she brings her vast knowledge of payer enrollment. She has spent 10 years working in Health Care as both a medical biller and an enrollment specialist. Working as an enrollment specialist for the last 4 years, Andrea brings the experience necessary to assist her team in being successful in the everchanging Health Care Industry. Andrea is known for her attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet the demands of the credentialing world. She comes to STATCred with proven leadership skills. In her previous work, she was promoted from an Account Specialist to a Supervisor after her leadership found she had the ability to work with and motivate her team to be successful. Andrea has worked at all levels, but as an Account Manager for STATMedCare she has brought proven process enhancements for her team to ensure they are efficient and productive in all areas. Andrea and her Husband, Josh, welcomed their first child, Parker Andrew, this past April. She resides in the Hudson Valley region of New York. She enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering for her favorite dog rescue, Take Me Home Pet Rescue.
Charlotte Souder, Account Manager
Charlotte brings to Stat MedCare a diverse background of over 10 years of Credentialing experience from the Medical Staff Services Department at Centura Hospital, covering 4 hospital systems for medical staff privileging; Radiology Imaging facility set up across the nation, and Vision and Dental Clinic establishments. Charlotte is adept at Medicare initial credentialing, Assignment of benefits and Medicaid credentialing. She is also proficient in Commercial insurances across the country. In addition, Charlotte worked on a Cardiac Unit and in Hospital Administration at Centura for 9 years. She worked for the Chief Nursing Officer and collaborated with the Directors of the ER, Pharmacy, Rish Management and Quality in TJC surveys and state surveys as well as Quality Improvement Team for those departments. Charlotte is in the process of studying to take the CPCS certification in the fall. Charlotte has lived in Colorado Springs, CO for over 22 years with her husband and 3 grown children and daughter-in-law. She enjoys traveling the globe following her children around the world and domestic travel as well.
Cheryl Reddick, Account Manager
Cheryl has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry; including credentialing, provider enrollment, billing, collections, and healthcare service practice management. Cheryl has extensive knowledge and experience in the preparation and processing of provider applications for participation in Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and other third-party payors. Recently being promoted to Account Manager, Cheryl is sure to shine in this new role.
Cheryl’s hobbies include reading, jewelry making and creative cooking.
Chrissy McNiel, Account Manager
Christina joined STATCred in 2019 and brings over 19 years of experience inarray of different Credentialing aspects. She has worked in the Medical Staff Services at Baylor Health Care Systems in Dallas/Ft. Worth Area to the Physician Services Department at Christus Santa Rosa Health System in San Antonio, TX.
Besides working with Hospital Privileging as a Senior Credentialing Coordinator, she has also worked on all other sides of Credentialing. She was a ProviderEnrollment/Credentialing Specialist for several Health Plans including Humana, Davis Vision, and a start-up Company Fresenius Medical Care. Christina has had experience working with and maintaining the credentials for Physician Groups, Individual Providers, Allied Health Members, and even credentialing Facilities/Dialysis Center in all regions of the United States. Christina will bring a diverse credentialing background to STATCred.
In 2010 Christina completed and received her CPCS Certification and plans on re-certifying in 2020.Christina and her family recently bought a piece of land out in Pipe Creek, TX, where she now lives and spends most of her time enjoying the Hill Country Riverside with her significant other, 3 kids, and cat.
Heather Bowman, Account Manager
She currently resides in Tennessee with her husband, two sons and daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family and attending her children’s sporting events and activities.
Jacqueline Smith, Account Manager
Jacqueline continues to service clients around the US with their credentialing needs.She is the mother of 2 young adults, one son and one daughter. She is also a newlygrandmother to her grandson. She loves to frequent the island of Jamaica with herhusband for family business and pleasure. Jacqueline loves to inspire women inliving a well- balanced life. She currently resides in North Carolina. She pridesherself on living her best life with family and friends.
Jeanette Bailey, Account Manager
Jeanette holds an Associates of Science degree in Paralegal Studies, and a Bachelorsof Arts degree in Business Administration.
In her free time, she enjoys being a Boy Scouts and Baseball Mom. Jeanette is also a New York Mets fan.
Jennifer Mikel, Account Manager
Prior to joining STATMedcare, Jennifer was the Office Manager and CredentialingCoordinator for a physician recruitment firm specializing in government contracts.Jennifer has vast experience and knowledge in provider enrollment, billing andcoding as well as provider licensing. Jennifer is very organized, detailed-orientedand a great communicator with a strong work ethic
Jodi Cooper, Account Manager
Jodi has processed and maintained credentialing and re-credentialing of Medical Staffapplications, managing payorenrollment processes with Medicare, Medicaid and CommercialPayors in accordance with Credentialing policies and procedures. She’s been responsible for credentialing locum tenens and temporary privileges in a timely manner along withidentifying red and yellow flags. She has been the point person for completing and ensuringcompliance and delivery of required information to clients. Ensured credentialing files werecurrent and completed according to expiration date of medical licenses, board certifications,professional liability insurance coverage and other pertinent information per Credentialingpolicies and procedures. She has Primary Source Verified the National Practitioner DataBank, State Licenses, DEA’s, Board certifications, Peer evaluations, Affiliations, EPLS/SAM, OIG and Education.
Jodi has ensured compliance with accreditation standards and legal requirements related tothe medical staff offices. She has been responsible for putting credentialing processes intoplace for Locum Tenens. Provided effective and efficient oversight and facilitation of thecredentialing, re-credentialing, licensure and malpractice coverage of a Medical Group of providers and provided timely and accurate information to the Centralized Billing Office andphysicians’ offices while maintaining excellent customer service with respect to theproviders.
Jodi loves living beachside in sunny Florida with her Siberian Husky, Dante. Her hobbiesinclude volunteering, reading, singing, meditation, music, visiting farmers markets,kayaking, SUP, hiking trails and yoga. She has volunteered with the following organizations;Oceanway Florida VFW Post 11406, River Garden Hebrew home, Fifty Forward Meals onWheels, Jacksonville Rescue Mission, Nashville Room in the Inn and Souls United.
Julie Thomas, Account Manager
Julie has extensive knowledge and experience in the preparation and processing of provider applications for participation in Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and other third party payors.
Kristy Castelli, Account Manager
Kristy joined STATCred in 2019 and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in both the business and healthcare industries. She spent over 12 1⁄2 years as both a business analyst and marketing analyst for a large insurance company before she found her purpose and passion working in the healthcare industry for the past 7 years.Working as Medical Staff Coordinator and Licensing Specialists over the last7 years, Kristy will bring the experience needed to assist with these types ofclients. Providing experience in credentialing and licensing providers acrossthe nation has allowed her to gain knowledge of state specific requirements.She is known for her strong analytical and planning skills and workstirelessly to coordinate the efforts of many to meet organizational goals anddeadlines.She and her husband, Jeff, have 5 children between them – ages 26, 24, 22,21, and 10. She currently resides in Illinois, loves history, and enjoystraveling both domestically and internationally. South Africa and Australiaare two of her favorite vacation destinations.
Michelle Alexander, Account Manager
In addition to her knowledge and experience in the preparation and processing of all commercial and Government managed care application, Michelle also has an outstanding background in provider network management, facility (hospital) medical staff privileging appointment and reappointment applications, State and Federal licensing applications, and renewals, as well as medical malpractice application/processing and claims history. Michelle possesses wonderful organizational skills, is extremely proficient, has a great work ethic, is very detail-oriented, and is an excellent communicator.
Some of Michelle’s interests outside of work include traveling with her family, exercising her palate as a food critic, and collecting precious stones.
Neya Fitzgerald, Account Manager
N. Marie joined the STATCred team in 2020 and brings a diverse background of over twenty years’ experience in the healthcare field as it relates to credentialing, privileging, physician contracting, compliance and the self-governed Medical Staff.N. Marie had experience within FQHC’s, Insurance Payors, Private Practice, Academia and has worked for 2 large hospital systems in the Pennsylvania Tri-State area. N. Marie is accomplished in helping hospitals, healthcare systems, and clinics cope with an ever-changing industry and regulatory environment as an advocate for patient safety. Her projects often involve changes in operations necessary to meet accreditation (NCQA, HRSA and more), regulatory and licensing standards, as well as to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
N. Marie is a Member of NAMSS and in the process of studying to take the CPMSMcertification in Spring 2020.
N. Marie resides in the Pennsylvania area with her two children.
Nicole Hayes, Account Manager
Nicole joined Stat Med Care Solutions in 2018 with 10 years of experience in Credentialing and Provider Enrollment. Her background includes Rate Negotiations, Patient Accounting, Claim Processing, and IT System Support Technician. Her skill set provides her with the technological abilities, negotiating tactics, and a personal commitment to give 100% to all her efforts as your Account Manager.
Nicole has a passion for service and as dedicated her career path to servicing others. Whether it’s helping a provider grow his/her practice or aiding a family in the purchase of their first home, Nicole enjoys working with people and utilizing her skills to produce results.
Nicole was born and raised in New Orleans… Go SAINTS!! She enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 daughters.
Patty Govednik, Account Manager
Patty joined STATCred Solutions in 2010 and has over 24 years of professional credentialing and managed care contracting experience. Prior tojoining STATCred, Patty was the Director of Credentialing and Licensingfor a national full-service teleradiology provider. In that position, Pattyoversaw the physician credentialing, managed care contracting and providerenrollment process. Prior to that, Patty was the Credentialing ServicesManager and HIPAA Privacy Official for one of the country’s largest providerof diagnostic imaging services, overseeing the physician credentialsverification and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment departments. Patty has extensive knowledge of JCAHO and NCQA standards, and CMS regulations. Patty has a BS degree from the University of Utah and has been a CertifiedProfessional Medical Services Manager (CPMSM) since June 2008. She hasbeen a member of the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS)since 2005 and the California Association of Medical Staff Services (CAMSS) since 2004.
Seda Gerstl, Account Manager
Seda joins STATCred with seven years’ experience in the Medical field. Though Seda started out at the front desk at a medical practice, it didn’t take long before she expanded her knowledge in the world of credentialing and was promoted to managing over 200 physicians.
Seda’s credentialing experience covers multiple specialties, including Orthopedics, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Physical Medicine, in the medical and surgical facilities, hospitals and telemedicine areas of provider enrollment. With this knowledge, management experience, and the passion to give her clients the best experience possible, it was an easy decision for Seda to be an Account Manager with STAT.
She has been married for 18 years and although she doesn’t have children of her own she loves spending time with her Grandchildren and her Niece & Nephew. She is proud owner of 3 English Bull Terriers, one of which she shows at dog shows.
Valerie Davies, Account Manager
Val joined STATCred Solutions, LLC in December 2019 with 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining STAT, Val gained knowledge in military privileging, provider enrollment, and insurance credentialing. She has experience in payorenrollment for commercial and government plans throughout the country with experience in independent labs, physician groups that include radiology and pathology, and facility enrollment. Val possesses a tremendous work ethic and has great organizational skills, which she is eager to display in her new role as AccountManager.Val was raised in Philadelphia, PA and currently lives in Roanoke, VA. She isa diehard Philadelphia Eagles and Flyers fan and enjoys crocheting in herspare time.
Rebekah Jacobson, Auditing & Quality Assurance Manager
Melissa Anderson, VP of Sales
Melissa joined STATCred, LLC in 2016 and brings over 10 years of experience in sales and account management. Melissa was recently promoted to VP of Sales. Among her previous positions, Melissa served as Regional Sales and Account Manager for Radiology 24/7, a California-based Teleradiology provider. Melissa leads the STAT’s sales team with not only her knowledge base but by also delivering outstanding customer service. Melissa is a self-driven, organized, and hard-working individual who is always exceeding the expectations of those surrounding her. Her drive, professionalism, and demeanor makes her not only a great leader, but an excellent motivator. Melissa holds a Bachelors of Art in Public Relations from Georgian Court University. She currently resides in Tampa with her three sons!
