How Scalable Is Your Software?

User Counts and Data Records:

  • There are no current limits for supported user counts and data records
  • Our software is hosted on AWS Cloud, which allows us unlimited availability for expansion.

Software implementation:

  • Approximately 15 minutes per provider entered into the system – minimum of 8 hours. This number varies based on the organization of the data available to implement, and how many locations, providers, and DME will be credentialed

  • Report templates are built into the Report Menu of the software. Our programmers can create customized report templates that will always be available to you in the Report section of the software.
  • We do not currently offer graphical reporting features, but these will be available in a future release.
How Flexible Is the Software?
  • We do not have anything currently in place to change the look and feel of the software.
  • No, but you can submit requests to our Help Desk, that will be reviewed for potential customizations
  • No, the configuration settings are controlled by the user roles assigned during the registration process. An Admin of the STATCred Software can change a User’s role in the Editor menu to another existing role. (ex. A Coordinator Role can be changed to an Admin Role in the Editor)
  • We can integrate our software with other system, as we have the ability to build HL7 interfaces for integration and to consume webservices.
  • Yes, but only for data transfer at this time.
STATCred is a web-based application, and requires the following minimums for optimal use:

  • Connectivity: A broadband Internet Connection with a minimum of 5mbps Download and 5mbps Upload speeds. You can test your speeds at https://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest
  • Browser: Google Chrome is the recommended browser for maximum compatibility
  • Display: Recommended display resolution: 1366 x 768.
  • Compatible File Types for Uploads:  doc, docx, pdf, xls, jpeg, and eml (need to add all here)
How Secure Is Your Software?

STATCred is secured by the following:

  • 2 factor authentication in the form of a user password and 3 security questions, to be entered each time a user logs in
  • The user is required to change their password every 30 days
  • The user is automatically logged out after 20 minutes of inactivity
  • All data is protected and encrypted to adhere to HIPAA standards
  • Audit trails are recorded and available to query in the Reports menu of STATCred, as well as in the “History” tab of each

We provide the following user roles:

  • Administrator – Full access to the entire system and ability to edit all data. Full access to Editor Menu to Setup, edit, deactive, add attribuites to all editable areas of STATCred.
    • Setup, Edit, Deactivation of: Users, Roles, Clients, Providers, Payors, Projects and Related Editable Attributes
  • Coordinator
  • Other Roles and Permissions can be configured up request

  • Complies with data protection law and follows good practice
  • Protects the rights of staff, customers and partners
  • Is open about how it stores and processes individuals’ data
  • Protects itself from risks of data breach

  • Yes, we have a formal Change Control Process. All change requests are logged and documented. After reviewing the scope of change, they are sent for the approval. Once Approved, the change is developed, tested, and implemented.
